Munch on some whole foods,something fresh and clean to make you lean. you deserve to be skinny,you can’t afford to waste your time on shit that’ll poison your path. if you’re thirsty skip the soda go for seltzer water to relieve some bloating put some fruits in it for a sweet kick. i get it you want something to kill your craving. you have an overactive umami sensor. bake some fresh potatoes and put garlic salt and sprinkle curry or cayenne pepper if you need to. got a sweet tooth?reach for the low calorie or even the vegan ice cream. or better yet d.i.y your popsicles that way you can truly control what does go in your mouth.
